He has done MBBS from Topiwala National Medical College, Mumbai central then post graduation training in general surgery from Seth G S Medical college & KEM hospital Mumbai. He then received training of surgical oncology at the premiere Cancer Institute of India, Tata Memorial Hospital as senior resident for 2 years following which he completed his M.Ch. Super specialization Onco surgery training from Regional Cancer Center, Trivandrum. In his 3 years of training he acquired vast experience of treating early and advanced cancers. He then joined Prince Aly Khan Hospital as Consultant with extensive training in Head and Neck cancer surgeries for 3 years under guidance of Dr Sultan Pradhan eminent Head and Neck Oncosurgeon.
He has special interest in Head and Neck (Oral ) Cancer surgeries, Breast and Gynecological cancers surgeries. He has done many Complex Head and Neck surgeries, breast conservation surgeries with Oncoplastic reconstruction for cosmesis.
He has performed various open and laparoscopic surgeries for GI cancers especially stomach and colorectal cancers. He has also performed exentrative surgeries in advanced cancers and sphincter preservation surgeries for patients.
